Return & Refund Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your request must be submitted within this timeframe.
Item Condition Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale/discounted items
- Digital products
Restocking Fee All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
- Standard: Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.
- United Kingdom customers: Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to fulfillment, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.
