Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship worldwide! Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Standard Shipping – Available to select locations at a flat rate. Delivery times vary by region.
- Express Shipping – Available to select locations for faster delivery.
- Calculated Shipping – For locations not eligible for flat-rate options, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70 USD, regardless of destination.
International Orders Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
